Join me in my new found interest....running

Well, here I go. This is it. Once I post this, I am committed to running. I started running about six months ago. I was inspired by my niece's husband, Dave, who started running, and before I knew it, he was running half marathons! I was in shock. It just never occurred to me that someone should run that long. I never thought about it until I actually knew somebody who completed a run like that. Where have I been all my life...(I know - and running was not on my mind). I found my first race, of course I found the Truffle Shuffle that ended with a large dark chocolate truffle at the end....and I thought. Okay, I could do this.
I started the Truffle Shuffle which was a 2 mile run. From then on, I was kinda hooked.
I'll attempt to continue tracking my progress with running on this site. I recently got the newest nano, with the nike plus system, (which I will attempt to put onto this site). I'll post runs, goals, locations, etc.
